Switzerland: Lower conversion rates could trigger early retirements.

There is a gap between the effective age of retirement and the legal age, which is not being reduced. This happens because of the desire to benefit from the previous and contributory higher rate.

According to the study carried out by Swisscanto in the 2018 edition on pension funds, it is suggested that there is an incomprehensible gap between the retirement age and the legal age of retirement. The figures indicate that 60% of employees retire early with an average of 1.5 years earlier.
